Physical Books (Paperbacks, Hardcovers):
We accept returns of physical books only if:

• The item arrived damaged or defective, OR

• There was a shipping error (wrong item sent)

If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• A photo (if the item is damaged)

If approved, we will either:

• Send a replacement at no extra cost, or

• Issue a full refund (including shipping, where applicable)
